You can't pick the exact appointment — the ITV station decides that — but we'll get you as close to your preferred date as we can.

A pre-ITV check isn't a service
It catches people out, so it's worth saying: the pre-ITV check we carry out is a safety check — we look for anything that would fail the test and put it right. A full service — engine oil, filters, fluids and the rest — is a separate job. We'd always recommend a service before your ITV, so your car's in top condition for the test and the year ahead.

- Just tell us your ITV renewal date. We're given appointments by the ITV station, so we'll call you with the available dates just before your renewal is due and sort a day that suits.
- No weekends — we don't carry out ITVs at the weekend.
- Drop your car to us before 9:30am on the day, so we have time to carry out the pre-ITV checks. It's likely we'll need the car for the day.
- Need to collect out of hours? No problem — we can arrange it using our secure key boxes.
- Optional: if it's handy, send a copy of your car documents (ficha técnica / permiso de circulación) — it helps, but you can just give us the details on the form instead.
- We book the appointment first, confirm it with you, and then take payment.
